General Maintenance Associate

• Respond to service calls and complete change-of-occupancy and property maintenance work, including cleaning, painting, grounds work, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, smoke detector maintenance, lighting, roof repairs, heating and air systems, and appliance repairs
• update work orders and paperwork
• keep supervisors informed
• maintain vehicle and inventory. The role may require responding to after-hours on-call emergencies and urgent repairs.
