What you'll do

• Process, pick up, sort, and deliver mail throughout the organization
• process purchase order and manual invoices for payment
• follow up with vendors about outstanding invoices and payment issues
• receive deliveries and process purchase order receipts
• deliver and stock supplies throughout the hospital and fill departmental requisitions
• perform additional accounts payable and materials management duties as assigned.
