What you'll do

• Complete make-ready work in vacant units
• service appliances
• perform general plumbing and basic electrical repairs
• re-key locks as requested
• help maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
• replace bulbs and fixtures
• complete corrective maintenance and resident service requests
• inspect apartments and property conditions and report unusual circumstances
• perform pool and spa maintenance as directed
• follow safety and emergency procedures
• clean up after work.
