What you'll do

• Coordinate new group onboarding and implementations.
• Lead annual renewal efforts, including carrier negotiations.
• Manage open enrollment events and timelines.
• Conduct employee education sessions.
• Resolve member inquiries.
• Maintain and audit benefit data in client HRIS platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
