• Own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution

• advise on candidate quality, compensation expectations, and market conditions
• improve recruiting processes and metrics
• manage recruiting tools and channels
• maintain documentation and hiring compliance
• lead and develop recruiting team members as the function expands.
