The role helps create an inclusive classroom environment and advance student growth.

What you'll do

• Support whole-group, small-group, and one-to-one instruction
• implement interventions and behavior strategies in student IEPs or 504 plans
• assist with personal needs or assistive technology when specified in plans
• reinforce instruction and support assignment completion
• implement accommodations and curriculum modifications as directed
• use de-escalation strategies as needed
• track student growth data
• maintain logs and contribute to IEP and 504 documentation
• participate in plan meetings.
