What you'll do

• Receive service requests, assess reported equipment symptoms by phone, and dispatch field technicians
• identify and order parts using OEM catalogs
• track planned maintenance and schedule routine service
• prepare quotes for mast assemblies, hydraulic work, overhauls, battery replacements, and tires
• use fleet management software and regional distribution hubs.
