Specialty RN II - Urology

Support the PCP in the delivery of care by gathering and documenting relevant clinical data, as appropriate and per patient need. Assists in specialty office procedures as directed. Participate in the daily huddle to identify individual patient needs for upcoming appointments. Clinical liaison between patient and provider for questions, concerns and testing results.
