The Trusts and Estates Attorney role is onsite, with training primarily at the firm’s St. Clairsville, OH office; the position is expected to be based long term at a new West Virginia office. What you'll do

• Conduct client design meetings to understand needs and develop estate plans
• oversee case progress and document drafting
• provide client-focused service
• assist clients with retainer agreements and payments
• follow firm procedures and workflows
• mentor and coach legal support staff
• participate in potential client seminars and workshops as opportunities arise
• travel within West Virginia and southeastern Ohio.
