What you'll do

• Build and grow communities across Reserve, UGLYCASH, and Better Money initiatives
• manage and engage online communities, particularly on X
• develop relationships with creators, founders, entrepreneurs, and builders
• create and coordinate community content
• plan in-person events
• develop recurring initiatives and community infrastructure
• synthesize feedback for product development
• collaborate with social media and film colleagues
• represent Reserve publicly
• experiment with ways to grow and engage the community.
