What you'll do

• Welcome and check in patients
• verify personal and insurance information and direct patients to departments
• manage incoming calls and schedule appointments
• support clinical staff
• maintain patient records, process billing information, and collect copays
• keep the reception area clean and welcoming.

Why this role

Full-time Monday–Friday role with rotating schedules from 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, including an observed holiday rotation. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
