Machine Operator / Setup

The Machine Operator / Setup role is onsite in Waupun, WI, with compensation of $19–$30 per hour based on relevant experience, mechanical ability, and shift. The operator sets up and runs packaging-converting equipment, monitors production and product quality, and assists with preventive maintenance as needed. What you'll do

• Set up and operate flexible packaging converting machines
• monitor machine performance and finished-product quality
• assist with preventive maintenance as needed
• understand operational documentation and machine interfaces
• know safety-stop locations
• maintain an orderly work area
• collaborate with Quality Control, Catchers, Material Handlers, and other operators
• follow food safety and quality assurance procedures and escalate concerns.
