Luxury Guest Experience Spa Concierge

The Luxury Guest Experience Spa Concierge role is an in-person position serving the Midlothian, Richmond, and Short Pump locations. Guest recommendations and relationship-building also support membership and service sales goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome and check guests in and out
• answer calls and schedule appointments
• help guests select services and match them with providers
• explain spa services and amenities
• process payments
• prepare bath and infrared sauna experiences
• assist with laundry and restocking
• maintain clean, organized guest areas
• recommend services, memberships, and skincare products
• work toward sales goals.
