The Patient Care Representative – Front Desk role is onsite in Danvers, MA, supporting MFM Health’s Primary Care Department. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. The representative serves as a welcoming and administrative point of contact, helping patients navigate appointments and access to care. Accurate registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and communication with clinical resources support an efficient patient experience and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors, check patients in, and confirm or update demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect copayments and balances, and obtain required signatures.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage portal messages, and assist with portal access.
• Process forms, referrals, and prescription requests, escalating clinical matters as appropriate.
• Track medical-record alerts, coordinate follow-up appointments, and maintain HIPAA privacy protocols.
