What you'll do

• Conduct new patient interviews, enter data, and confirm appointments
• coordinate surgery authorizations and scheduling
• assist with physician coding and surgery charges
• handle patient calls and physician scheduling
• prepare office charts and maintain medical records
• coordinate pre-op orders and tests
• arrange payment plans
• support reception flow, billing, collections, and physician correspondence
• train and supervise the receptionist.
