What you'll do

• Inspect work for compliance with contract documents, standards, and specifications
• test materials
• review plans and engineering data
• conduct construction survey and layout
• maintain daily diaries
• monitor contractor operations and utility relocations
• document pay records and calculations
• identify contractual issues and advise supervisors
• ensure permitted work complies with requirements
• coordinate with contractors, utilities, and property owners
• perform acceptance testing and record results.
