What you'll do

• Research and qualify foundation, corporate, civic, faith-based, and government funding opportunities
• manage a multi-year grant pipeline
• write grant proposals
• partner with program leaders on outcomes and impact metrics
• collaborate with Finance on budgets and awarded funding
• prepare grant reports
• cultivate funder relationships
• coordinate with executive leadership on funding priorities.
