Warehouse Associate – Second Shift, Overnight

The Warehouse Associate position is onsite in Yorkville, IL, with a stated second-shift schedule of 2:00 PM–2:30 AM. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour, including a $2-per-hour night-shift differential. BrightFarms grows and distributes leafy greens through high-tech greenhouse farms. The associate supports greenhouse production and customer orders by receiving, storing, staging, and moving materials and finished goods. The role also maintains accurate inventory and shipment records, supports safe and sanitary operations, and coordinates with other departments and third-party logistics providers.

What you'll do

• Handle shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of production materials and finished goods
• stage production supplies
• pick, wrap, and label outbound shipments
• assist with waste disposal
• operate powered equipment
• perform inventory counts and reconciliations
• maintain accurate transactions and records
• coordinate with third-party logistics providers and other departments
• and maintain clean, safe work areas and equipment.
