Work includes office administration, homeowner service, records and reports, account onboarding, vendor documentation, property visits, and support at board meetings as needed.

What you'll do

• Support community managers and division leaders
• maintain databases
• prepare reports, meeting materials, work orders, and documents
• assist with account setup and onboarding
• track vendor insurance and W-9 forms
• scan invoices and checks
• assist with property visits
• respond to homeowner calls and requests
• provide office administration
• attend board meetings and support communities as needed.
