Regional Dietary Consultant

What you'll do

• Manage regional accounts for compliance with government and agency standards
• oversee regional planning, budget analysis, and reporting
• improve kitchen efficiency
• train food service directors on ordering and tray card processes
• assist with hiring and interviews for facility dietary services managers as needed
• ensure OnTray policies are followed
• report equipment needs
• monitor kitchen cleanliness and logs
• support food quality and presentation training
• oversee inventory
• assist with order guides, menu adjustments, and kitchen staffing hours
• communicate facility updates.
