What you'll do

• Record transactions and maintain the general ledger
• reconcile accounts
• organize invoices and approvals
• process accounts payable and receivable records
• track billing, aging, and payments
• code costs to customers and projects
• support payroll documentation and expense reviews
• reconcile purchase orders, invoices, receipts, inventory, and fixed assets
• prepare records for audits and government-contract reviews.
