What you'll do

• Supervise community associates
• ensure compliance with tax credit requirements
• support customer service and leasing standards
• respond to resident requests
• direct marketing
• assist with lease paperwork and renewals
• recommend rental adjustments or concessions
• review resident files and accounting records
• address delinquencies
• prepare reports and tracking spreadsheets
• organize resident activities
• collect and deposit rents and other income
• manage occupancy, collections, and expenses.
