What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain the dining area and supplies in a guest-ready condition
• process guest charges and gratuities according to policies
• provide quality food and beverage service
• complete daily side work, including stocking
• maintain safety and security practices and know emergency procedures
• maintain responsible vendor training certification
• work with the team on cleaning, food preparation, and storage.
