What you'll do

• Review and edit estate plan first drafts for accuracy and appropriate legal language within one to two business days
• draft custom legal language for supervising attorney review when needed
• review trust diagrams against client selections
• summarize substantial draft changes
• use operational systems to report progress and follow evolving procedures
• flag process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• communicate with the team, attorneys, and staff.
