Director of Manufacturing

The Director will manage the skilled-trades workforce, scale production capacity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the company's growth.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop shop-floor supervisors and trades teams
• champion a zero-injury safety culture
• ensure builds meet engineering specifications and cGMP standards
• manage production schedules and shop loading
• develop capacity plans and identify capital equipment needs
• define and track manufacturing KPIs.
