Data Center Foreman

Job overview

The Data Center Foreman role is onsite in Ashburn, VA, with regular travel to job sites that may include overnight stays. Compensation is $26.25–$56.35 per hour. The role supports InfraServices’ delivery of critical telecommunications and recovery solutions through data center infrastructure projects. This working lead directs field crews while participating in installation work, helping ensure project deliverables meet customer specifications, schedules, quality expectations, and safety requirements. The foreman coordinates with customers and project teams from installation through documentation and closeout.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate field installation crews
• assign daily work and follow project schedules, drawings, and customer requirements
• serve as the on-site customer contact
• oversee racks, containment, cabling, conveyance, and power distribution installations
• manage quality checks, punch lists, redlines, and as-built documentation
• coordinate field changes
• support rack-and-stack work
• monitor safety and productivity
• train crew members
• assist with planning, materials, and closeout
• travel regularly to job sites.
