Project Manager – Temporary Overnight Hospital Project

Job overview

The Project Manager – Temporary Overnight Hospital Project role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, paying $25 per hour. The short-term assignment is expected to run for approximately 6–8 consecutive nights, with shifts around 7:00 PM–6:00 AM. The manager oversees a floor crew working inside a hospital and serves as the primary onsite contact for the client. The role coordinates crew activity and communication so work progresses according to the project schedule and client expectations. It also helps maintain professional conduct and compliance with hospital and site-specific procedures throughout the overnight project.

What you'll do

• Report onsite by 7:00 PM and remain until the crew completes work, approximately 6:00 AM
• oversee and coordinate the floor crew
• track progress against schedule and client expectations
• serve as the onsite client contact and relay instructions, updates, and concerns
• monitor attendance, performance, and professionalism
• address job-site issues and ensure compliance with hospital and site policies.
