The Field Desktop Support Technician — L3/VIP Support role is onsite in Orange County, CA, with rotational shifts of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 1:00 PM–8:00 PM. Pay is $20–$38 per hour. The role provides executive and VIP technology support for OSI Digital’s client environment. As a senior escalation point, the technician owns executive-facing incidents and delivers discreet, high-touch support. The role troubleshoots devices and applications, maintains executive technology environments, supports boardroom and audiovisual needs, and coordinates with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve business-critical issues.

What you'll do

• Own executive and VIP support incidents end-to-end
• provide direct support to executives, board members, and visiting VIPs
• troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365
• configure and maintain devices and collaboration tools
• support workstation engineering and endpoint security
• provide executive audiovisual and boardroom support
• manage loaner devices
• document work and meet service-level requirements
• coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
