What you'll do

• Own day-to-day operational support for SAP order management, logistics and distribution, transportation management, product serialization, and related applications
• intake, triage, prioritize, resolve, and communicate support tickets
• support SAP-enabled order management, subcontracting, logistics, inventory, and transportation processes and integrations with Quality Management and Finance/Accounting
• monitor process continuity
• report workload and service trends
• collaborate across functions and with external partners
• maintain procedures, work instructions, process maps, training materials, and system documentation
• participate in testing, validation, and deployment readiness
• identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
• guide end users and super users.
