General Manager — Pilates Studio

What you'll do

• Manage studio operations and implement company strategies, policies, and procedures
• analyze sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll metrics
• create and maintain class and staff schedules
• manage inventory
• ensure positive customer service
• respond to client concerns
• build local community relationships
• execute local marketing initiatives
• plan team meetings and social events
• complete JETSET Pilates training and instruct an average of six classes weekly.
