The specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, create and optimize product content, and manage project execution.

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers through email, Slack, and virtual meetings
• Gather customer requirements, feedback, and project details, ensuring information is communicated clearly to internal stakeholders
• Create and optimize e-commerce product content including product titles, bullet points, product descriptions, keywords, enhanced product content, and brand messaging
• Develop concepts and creative direction for product imagery and visual content
• Review written content, images, and marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
• Utilize AI tools to support research, content development, brainstorming, image generation, and productivity initiatives
• Prepare customer presentations, reporting materials, marketing collateral, and other customer-facing documentation
• Track project milestones, approvals, deadlines, and revisions
• Proactively identify missing information, risks, or project roadblocks and resolve issues before they impact customer deliverables
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control across all assigned projects
• Take ownership of projects from initial customer request through final delivery.
