What you'll do

• Obtain patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit
• prepare patients for physical exams
• explain prescribed procedures and treatments
• perform ordered tests
• administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved procedures
• draw blood and prepare lab samples
• perform laboratory tests, quality controls, and equipment maintenance
• respond to lab messages and callback requests
• perform drug screenings
• document immunizations
• conduct referrals and pre-certifications as needed
• prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments, equipment, and supplies
• maintain accurate documentation.
