The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoon and Evening Hours role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with in-home services within approximately 30 miles of the employee’s home. Pay is $23–$30 per hour. Children’s Specialized ABA serves children with autism through personalized therapy and whole-child care. The RBT provides individualized applied behavior analysis therapy to help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role implements treatment plans, tracks progress, and works with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and care team; paid training and exam-cost coverage are available for candidates who are not yet certified.

What you'll do

• Deliver individualized in-home or clinic-based therapy
• implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• use CentralReach for preference assessments and data tracking
• participate in clinical meetings and supervision
• maintain program books and teaching materials
• communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• provide basic care as needed
• travel between client locations within the stated service radius.
