Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Day Shift in Manvel, ND. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of service to seniors. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, provide resident education, and perform other nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
