What you'll do

• Respond to member questions about products and services
• research accounts or refer members to the appropriate person
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers
• process Visa cash advances and loan payments
• open credit union accounts
• interview loan applicants, explain consumer loan options, prepare loan records, and make recommendations to loan officers
• disclose and fund approved loans and explain denied loan decisions.
