The Youth Soccer Coach – Boise role is an onsite, part-time position in Boise, ID, coaching children ages 2–8. Pay starts at $18 per 30-minute session and can rise to $24 per session based on evaluations and growth. Soccer Shots Boise runs an introductory soccer program focused on age-appropriate skills, character development, and fun. The coach leads soccer sessions using the Soccer Shots curriculum and early-childhood teaching techniques. Through positive reinforcement, safe and inclusive sessions, and communication with families, caregivers, and teachers, the coach supports children’s soccer learning and character development.

What you'll do

• Conduct soccer sessions for children ages 2–8, including field setup and take-down
• use the Soccer Shots curriculum and early-childhood development teaching techniques
• encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• foster a safe and inclusive environment
• follow on-site safety and attendance protocols
• communicate with families, caregivers, and teachers.
