HVAC Outside Sales Representative

The HVAC Outside Sales Representative role is onsite in Sterling, VA, with frequent travel to customer locations. Annual compensation is $70,000 to $90,000. Wallace Supply LLC’s representative sells Johnstone Supply products and services to business customers and supports account growth. The representative develops new accounts and expands existing ones by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, negotiating while maintaining margin and service targets, and providing post-sale support. Territory planning, product knowledge, and coordination with branch personnel support sales growth and customer service.
