What you'll do

• Create a learning environment and strategies for daily living
• implement individual care and follow-along plans and document teaching strategies and progress
• monitor and report medical, physical, and behavioral changes
• follow dietary plans and assist with meal preparation if required
• support community outings and maintain program spaces and vehicles.

Why this role
