What you'll do

• Supervise and support the maintenance team
• assign and prioritize work orders
• perform and inspect repairs
• troubleshoot equipment
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records
• monitor inventory
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate after-hours issues when necessary
• train team members
• communicate facility needs to the Facilities Director.
