What you'll do

• Provide personal care, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• support bathing, incontinence and peri-care, and skin protection
• prepare pureed meals and assist with feeding where needed
• encourage hydration
• assist with gait belts, walkers, and transfers, including two-person transfers when assigned
• follow care plans and communicate or document changes and refusals.
