What you'll do

• Audit and reconcile room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, guest folios, and occupancy records. Prepare and distribute audit reports and summaries
• perform overnight front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out
• respond to guest inquiries
• coordinate overnight needs with housekeeping and maintenance
• and complete end-of-day procedures.
