The role is responsible for managing all operational functions at a branch, including direct oversight of dispatchers, technicians, and yard personnel. The manager ensures operational efficiency, safety, and high-quality customer service.

What you'll do

• Direct oversight of dispatcher/routers, service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, fence crew(s), and shop.
• Review of all paperwork for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor all service levels and deliveries to ensure the best efficiencies.
• Work directly with other departments to ensure excellent/positive communication.
• Work with various departments to resolve customer service & delivery issues.
• Maintain proper staffing levels.
• Analyze and report on operational activities.
• Work with the Regional Vice President to develop and implement standard practices.
• Responsible for fleet DOT administration.
• Review and approve e-time punches.
• Administer the company's safety program at the branch.
• Responsible for employee development & conducting periodic performance reviews.
