The Restaurant Shift Leader works onsite in Saint Augustine, Florida. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant operations and guest service. The Shift Leader coordinates team members and daily restaurant activities to support the business plan, maintain service and safety standards, and deliver a positive guest experience. What you'll do

• Supervise team members, delegate duties, and monitor performance
• organize shift schedules and attendance
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• oversee food preparation according to recipes, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements
• address guest concerns
• train team members
• manage cash drawers and deposits as assigned
• complete administrative paperwork
• supervise opening or closing activities as directed.
