The role helps maintain accurate staffing and service records, coordinate case assignments and staff availability, and support clinical, operations, and human resources functions.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day center staff and services, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting, and administrative tasks
• maintain records related to staffing and service delivery
• assist with creating and managing the master schedule and staffing clinical cases according to authorized client hours
• serve as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff and a point of contact for case assignments and staff availability
• support Human Resources, Operations, and Clinical departments.
