What you'll do

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment
• repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, ice, refrigeration, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and natural gas systems
• troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• maintain fire-safety equipment and follow emergency procedures
• respond to HVAC and room calls
• complete maintenance logs and forms
• train team members as needed
• coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• complete guest requests and assist with guest issues.
