What you'll do

• Program, operate, and monitor equipment
• make adjustments according to prints and work orders
• perform processes such as drilling, tapping, sawing, cutting, shaping steel, and milling flat stock
• take measurements and correct machine issues using control panels
• use overhead cranes and lifting devices and occasionally forklifts
• read and interpret work orders and prints
• meet attendance and safety expectations.
