Youth Soccer Coach & Development Coordinator — Year-Round

The Youth Soccer Coach & Development Coordinator — Year-Round role is onsite at local schools, parks, and recreation centers in Novato, San Rafael, Larkspur, and Petaluma, CA. Pay starts at $25 per hour as an Assistant Coach and increases to $30 per hour after transition to Lead Coach; additional increases are described every six months. Super Soccer Stars runs youth soccer programs for children ages 1–10. The coach leads age-appropriate classes that build soccer skills, confidence, and enjoyment in a positive, non-competitive setting. After training and onboarding, the role may progress to Lead Coach and include additional coach recruitment and development hours.

What you'll do

• Run classes using the customized age-appropriate enrichment curriculum
• give individual attention to support each child’s success
• use positive reinforcement and a non-competitive approach
• attend regular training and follow the coaching manual
• complete required training and onboarding before transition to Lead Coach.

Why this role

Part-time role with 15–20 hours per week guaranteed. Required availability is Monday–Thursday, 1:00–5:00 p.m., and Saturday mornings; weekday morning hours and Sunday mornings are optional. Classes may require travel up to 15 miles each way.
