The Home Care Marketing & Business Development Representative position is onsite in Cerritos, CA. The posting states pay of $28–$35 per hour. The role supports Prudential Healthcare's caregiving business by developing referral relationships and bringing in new clients. The representative builds community relationships and generates client and referral opportunities to grow the caregiving business. The work includes outreach to healthcare and senior-care referral sources, follow-up with prospective clients and partners, and tracking leads and opportunities.

What you'll do

• Generate caregiving clients and referral opportunities
• develop relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and senior communities, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers and other referral sources
• conduct in-person visits and community outreach
• maintain referral networks
• follow up with potential clients and partners
• represent the company at networking and community events
• track leads and develop strategies to increase the client base.
