What you'll do

• Maintain the location’s organizational structure
• recruit, coach, and develop employees
• set and communicate operating hours
• manage expenses, budgets, and the location’s P&L
• work with the Regional Manager on asset planning and budgeting
• coordinate grain logistics and train scheduling with the VP of Grain
• manage grain stock quality and space
• ensure timely inventory measurement and documentation
• oversee equipment and rolling stock maintenance
• maintain customer relations and a clean work environment
• manage health, safety, and compliance programs
• directly supervise location employees.
