The Chiller Technician / Senior HVAC Technician role is onsite in Ogden, UT. Compensation is not specified. The technician supports Kelso Building Services’ commercial HVAC service team. The role exists to diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize commercial HVAC and chiller systems across commercial and industrial facilities, helping deliver safe, reliable, and efficient service.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• commission and start up chiller and controls systems
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, and related equipment
• interpret blueprints and control schematics
• document service work and communicate findings to customers
• follow safety requirements and EPA standards
• mentor junior technicians when applicable.
